By bringing your Yoga practice to the water you will build even more balance, coordination and body strength. Through the sensation of floating on the water you will restore all bodily systems, by creating physical, mental and spiritual harmony.
WAKE sUP Yoga- A sunrise Yoga class incorporating awakening yet powerful postures to prepare you for your day. Celebrate your day as you enjoy the peace & calm as the rising sun energizes your whole being.
Sunset Floatation- A slow flow style class with deep stretch poses ending with, a brief guided meditation. This class will help you to unwind and let go of the activity of your day, creating a serene and peaceful environment as you watch the sun rest.
From Start to finish classes are approximately 75min. This includes a brief paddle clinic, and short paddle to and from our SUP YOGA location and 60min of Yoga instruction. CLASSES ARE FOR ALL LEVELS, beginner to advanced!
